Binks began his career at Tottenham Hotspur's academy, joining at the age of six. In February 2020, he moved to Major League Soccer side Montreal Impact, marking his first professional stint. Later that year, in August, Binks transferred to Italian Serie A club Bologna, where he made his debut in September 2021. Seeking more playing time, he spent the 2022-23 season on loan at Serie B side Como.
In July 2023, Binks joined City on a season-long loan, and his performances led to a permanent move in June 2024, when he signed a four-year contract with the Sky Blues. He was sold to Danish club Brondby in July 2025 as Bobby Thomas and Liam Kitching established themselves as the first choice centre half pairing.
