2025-26

This was the seventh season of Hummel kits.

Banking company Monzo were front of shirt sponsors for the second season. They furthered their involvement with the club with Monzo Business becoming the back of shirt sponsors.

XL Motors were back as the sleeve sponsors after having had various sponsorship deals with the club over several years. There was no back of shorts sponsor for this season.

Font and numbers were unchanged, as were the Championship SkyBet sleeve patch and the equality message ‘Together‘. Carabao Cup and FA Cup patches were also unchanged.

The home kit was an all sky blue outfit with white trim and featured a 90’s pixel-stamp pattern of the club crest on the shirts. The collar was a simple round neck style, the familiar Hummel chevrons were on the shoulders. The shorts and socks were sky blue with white trim and chevrons, the socks had CCFC running down the back. For the first time the kit was available in two forms; a ‘regular’ version and a new ‘pro shirt’, featuring a special jacquard fabric as worn by the players at a higher price point. Long sleeve versions were also available to buy but no players wore this version. The home kit was announced on 11th July 2024.

Goalkeeper shirts were bespoke again and commemorated 20 years since the club first moved to the Coventry Building Society Arena, using the distinctive steelwork of the stadium to create the design of the shirt. The shirt, shorts and socks were purple with yellow trim and sponsors. The CBS Arena design was a different shade of purple. The kit was announced on 11th July 2025.

The away strip was an eye catching vivid colour described as ‘hot coral’ and familiar from sponsors Monzo’s colour palette. The central panel of the shirt again featured elements of the club crest in various sizes in a slightly different shade to the rest of the kit. All trim was white as were the sponsors and the shirt followed the same template as the home kit. The kit was announced on 25th July 2025.

The second keeper kit was the same template as the purple and yellow kit but in all black with white and sky blue trim, sky blue sponsors and white CBS Arena design.

The 3rd kit was the same template as the other kits for this season but this time in all navy and deep blue with sky blue trim and sponsors. The club crest again formed the base of the background design with elements of the CBS Arena also incorporated. The kit was announced on 23rd September 2025.

The third keeper kit was the same template as the purple and yellow kit but in all hot pink with white and navy trim, white sponsors and navy CBS Arena design.

A fourth kit was produced, inspired by the famous chocolate brown City away kit from 1978-81. The new version was ‘deep chocolate plum colour’ with sky blue elements and marketed with the strap line ‘Worst Kit of All Time’ in reference to the attention the kit has gathered over the years. Stylised versions of the tramline stripes appeared on the shirt but did not extend to the brown shorts and the socks were white with brown and sky blue trim.

The kit was announced on the 26th February 2026 and worn just once, for the final game of the season, away at Watford. The shirt featured text on the chest celebrating the club winning the EFL Championship.

An unannounced goalkeeper kit was also worn for the final game against Watford which consisted of a white shirt with a black ‘slash’ style graphic on the front with black trim, white shorts, and the socks from the second goalkeeper outfit. This also featured the text noting the Championship win.
