History Partners

The Sky Blue Archive are delighted to have several History partners whose donations help us to keep operating, and assist in acquiring key historical items for the collection and help us in our goal to secure the history and heritage of Coventry City Football Club.

Our History Partners:

Frank Wood
Born in Coventry, my City, my team. The Sky Blue Archive celebrates and bemoans the ups and downs of my team. It is my story.

Ryan Jackson
My late Father’s wonderful stories of the 60’s rise to the highest high of ’87 made me fall in love with the club. Our history is important.

Lee Bosher
Born and bred in Cov, a CCFC season ticket holder in the 80s and now living in exile in Leicestershire. Proud to support the Sky Blue Archive!

Sue Medlock
Because it’s my City and my club. I want others to be able to share the amazing moments that I have been privileged to witness. PUSB.

Anthony Hornsby
Growing up on Highfield Road’s West Terrace exposed me to the club’s history and made me a lifelong fan; supporting the archive preserves those moments forever.

Dave Simpson
I became a partner to learn about my grandad’s experiences of watching City from the 1920s-1970s and share my memories from 1983 to the present day.

Laura Jayne Gardner
Loved CCFC since my grandad joked all our fans could fit in a phone-box. I can’t preserve those boxes, but I can help preserve club history.

Dean Lander
CCFC are my home club, I’ve supported them since the late 70’s when I was at school. I became a History Partner with view to restore, protect and help finance the rich history the club have through the Sky Blue Archive.

Kevin Unitt
Family to blame, but I’m now carrying forward the flame. A partner because Coventry is in my bones and wanted to help protect the club’s memories.
