Johnnie Jackson

The young Tottenham midfielder arrived on loan in November 2003 and was one of the few loan successes of that era. He was skilful and possessed a wicked shot. Twice he came off the substitutes bench to score vital goals, on his debut at Crystal Palace to earn a point and on his final appearance, the late winner in a home victory over West Brom. Johnnie subsequently returned to White Hart Lane but later joined Colchester, Notts County and finally Charlton where he played for eight seasons.

After retiring from playing he moved into management and was Charlton manager for a while before taking his current role as manager of AFC Wimbledon.
