Uruguayan debutant Perdomo shows some delicious touches but can’t stop Villa under Jozef Venglos continuing their jinx. McGrath fouls Platt and the star of Italia 90 scores from the penalty. Borrows bends a 20-yarder round Spink before Cascarino taps in after Yorke mis-hits his shot.
